Have you ever thought about taking your archery beyond your own shooting? Archery Manitoba is offering two coach training clinics this fall for community members interested in learning how to instruct beginner and intermediate archers.
Whether you want to support your local club, help introduce new people to the sport, or build valuable leadership experience, these weekend-long courses will give you the knowledge and practical skills to get started.

What You’ll Learn
The courses cover the essential skills needed to create a safe, positive, and effective learning environment, including:
- Safety protocols: Range setup, commands and whistle signals, and equipment inspection
- Shooting technique: Proper form, shot execution, and determining an archer’s dominant eye
- Coaching skills: Delivering mini-lessons, managing groups, and providing positive feedback

The course fee is $100. Candidates who complete the post-course workbook and become certified are eligible for a $50 rebate.
