Mathers & Sanders Compete at 2024 Youth Pan Am Championships

Team Manitoba Archers Bailey Mathers and Chyler Sanders are set to showcase their exceptional talent at the highly anticipated 2024 World Archery Americas Youth Pan American Championships in San Salvador, El Salvador. From May 6 to May 12, this continental youth event gathers nearly 200 elite athletes from North, Central, and South America. Competing in various age categories, including U15, U18, and U21, and across Compound, Recurve, and Barebow disciplines, the championships promise intense competition and remarkable displays of skill.

Conversely, Sanders boasts an impressive record, having represented Canada in three past World Youth Championships in Madrid, Poland, and Ireland.

Elevating the Canadian contingent at the championships, Archery Manitoba Coach Kelly Taylor assumes a new role as a development Coach for Team Canada, marking his first time as a member of Team Canada. The Archery Manitoba community extends their best wishes to Mathers, Sanders, and Coach Taylor for a successful and rewarding performance at the upcoming competition.
