We are looking for intermediate to advanced archers interested in coach training to help facilitate development at the club level. If you would like to get involved with coaching new archers in your community/club\, we are hosting the perfect course for you! \nCertified coach training ensures that instruction in our sport is delivered correctly and professionally. In addition to learning archery-specific techniques\, the  National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) Course includes athlete and program management skills that can be an asset in your personal and professional life. \nArchery Manitoba Coaching Coordinator\, Ron Cooney will be hosting a National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) Instructor of Beginner Archer Course (Level 1) on Saturday & Sunday\, April 6 & 7  (enrollment includes both days). The sessions will be hybrid\, offered virtually or in person at the Sport for Life Center\, located at 145 Pacific Avenue\, Winnipeg\, MB. The course will run from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM on both days at $100 per participant. Candidates who complete the post-course workbook and become certified are eligible for a $50 rebate. \n“Instructor of Beginner Archers: By presenting several mini-lessons and demonstrations\, as well as observing interventions during shooting throughout this workshop\, coaches/instructors will be prepared to introduce archery to athletes in a variety of settings\, including clubs\, camps\, schools\, and other organized activities. \nPlease note\, there is a $50 rebate for candidates that complete their evaluation. SUMMARY:2024 Manitoba Indoor 3D Championships
DESCRIPTION:Join the South Mountain Archery Shooters & Hunters Club (SMASH) as they host the 2024 Archery Manitoba Indoor 3d Provincial Championships in Erickson\, Manitoba on Sunday\, April 14\, 2024. This event is open to archers of all ages and abilities! The club is also hosting a 3D Target Prize Raffle and a 50/50 Raffle. McMunnys Restaurant\, located on-site will be open all day to serve breakfast and lunch. \n\nDate: Sunday\, April 14\, 2024\nVenue: Erickson Recreation Centre – 29 Queen Elizabeth Avenue\, Erickson\, Manitoba.
