DESCRIPTION:ANNUAL MPAA TOURNAMENT\nThe tournament weekend happens each year in September. In 2019\, the MPAA meeting will be held on September 6\, while the tournament shoots will be on September 7 & 8. Below are the details but you can always download the PDF. \n\n2019 M.P.A.A. COMPETITION SHOOT\n(Inquiries @ regbergmann@hotmail.com ) \nFriday Sept.6th\n7 p.m. – MPAA Annual General Meeting @ Belgian Club \nSaturday Sept.7th\n1st HALF COMPETITION\n9:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. – Team registration by club presidents\n10:00 a.m. – Shoot for 2 hours plus 2 rounds\n½ hour break at half time to reload fork\n1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. – Lunch Break (concurrent) \n2nd HALF COMPETITION\n1:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. – Team registration by club presidents\n2:00 p.m. – Shoot for 2 hours plus 2 rounds\n½ hour break at half time to reload fork \nAwards Banquet\nBelgian Club\nCocktails – 6:00 p.m.\nVeggie & Cheese Platter\nDinner – 7:00 p.m.\nRoast Beef\, Perogies\, Oven Roasted Potatoes\, Meatballs\, Baby Carrots\, Garden Salad\, Buns\nFruit Platter & Cake for dessert\nDancing with the live band “Permission to Land” after Trophy Presentation\n50/50\, Door Prizes\nTickets for Saturday Banquet must be pre-ordered by August 28\, 2019 and\npaid by end of competition on Saturday Septmber 7\, 2019\, Banquet\ntickets are NON-refundable\nBANQUET COST – Adult – $22.50 / 12 and under – $15.00 \nSunday Sept.8th\nPRIZE SHOOT\n9:00 a.m.- 9:30 a.m.. – Registration (concurrent)\n10:00 a.m. – Noon . – Shooting\nCost $6.00 (must pay for all poles used) \nAdditional Information\nFOOD AND DRINKS AVAILABLE ON SITE\n50/50 DRAWS ON SATURDAY DURING SHOOTS\nMONEY BIRDS ON ALL FORKS*** \nPLEASE R.S.V.P.
