SUMMARY:Archery Manitoba 'Starter Shoot'
DESCRIPTION:This event has been postponed\, registered participants will be updated with a new date when rescheduled.\nArchery Manitoba in partnership with Heights Outdoors ‘Heights Archery Academy’ is happy to announce its  third ‘Starter Shoot!’ The event will be open to beginner & intermediate archers of all ages. The event will provide an orientation on the rules of competition archery\, along with mentoring throughout the event by local archers\, coaches and officials. If you are interested in the world of archery competition\, this is the perfect event to get started as it will showcase what an indoor tournament is all about! We hope to see you there!\n\n\nDate / Time: Sunday January 16\, 2022 – 5:30 PM\nLocation: Heights Archery – 2281 Portage Ave\nCost: $6; plus $5 equipment rental fee (see below)\nWhat is it: Indoor 300 round tournament; 10 sets of 3 arrows totaling 30 arrows.\n\nPre-register for the event here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/11BC2L4x64vMkOA1c2vhVBNa3SNyVSkA8uZwNJJvcP4o/edit \nCheck in is open between 5:15 pm – 5:30pm. There will be time to practice and an orientation will take place before the event starts. We are planning for the evening to wind down by 8:00/8:30pm at the latest. Note\, please don’t arrive before 5:15 PM. \nThe event fee includes automatic entry for door prizes. If you don’t have your own gear\, we are able to offer rentals (same equipment as students are used to; for those enrolled in HAA). $5 fee to rent equipment (equipment rental fee waived for those in Heights Archery Academy) \nFor any additional information\, please contact Ryan at info@archerymanitoba.ca
