Fort La Bosse Wildlife Hosts Successful 3D Provincials

The 2022 Manitoba 3D Open Championships wrapped up this past weekend after a busy Sunday of 3D action. Thank you to all the archers, parents, volunteers and guests that made the trip to compete over the weekend. The Fort La Bosse Wildlife Association and the Eternal Springs Park has played host to the Archery Manitoba 3D Championships three of the past years. Every year the club enhances the event, offering courses fit for a Nationals. After a slow start to the outdoor season, organizers were happy to host Manitoba’s largest 3D event of the summer with almost 60 competitive and 20 non-competitive archers.  Congratulations to all of our medalists!
Archery Manitoba would like to extend its gratitude to the Fort La Bosse Wildlife Association & Eternal Springs Park volunteers, specifically the Andries family (David, Skylar and Hunter), Chadney family (Dale, Denise, Jaxon and Scotlyn), and Brent Rolston for organizing two awesome courses. Archery Manitoba 3D committee members for their support, specifically April Willis for assisting with event setup.  A very big thank you to the Saskatchewan Archery Association and it’s Judge Coordinator James Frigon, and President Adam Boyle for making the trip all the way from Saskatoon following an SAA board meeting to judge the event. In addition to the judges, we were excited to see a good number of shooters travel from Saskatchewan to enjoy the courses and deepen the competition categories.
And finally, thank you very much to all the event sponsors for their support!
