ANNUAL MPAA TOURNAMENT

The tournament weekend happens each year in September. In 2019, the MPAA meeting will be held on September 6, while the tournament shoots will be on September 7 & 8. Below are the details but you can always download the PDF.

Friday Sept.6th

7 p.m. – MPAA Annual General Meeting @ Belgian Club

Saturday Sept.7th

1st HALF COMPETITION
9:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. – Team registration by club presidents
10:00 a.m. – Shoot for 2 hours plus 2 rounds
½ hour break at half time to reload fork
1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. – Lunch Break (concurrent)

2nd HALF COMPETITION
1:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. – Team registration by club presidents
2:00 p.m. – Shoot for 2 hours plus 2 rounds
½ hour break at half time to reload fork

Awards Banquet
Belgian Club
Cocktails – 6:00 p.m.
Veggie & Cheese Platter
Dinner – 7:00 p.m.
Roast Beef, Perogies, Oven Roasted Potatoes, Meatballs, Baby Carrots, Garden Salad, Buns
Fruit Platter & Cake for dessert
Dancing with the live band “Permission to Land” after Trophy Presentation
50/50, Door Prizes
Tickets for Saturday Banquet must be pre-ordered by August 28, 2019 and
paid by end of competition on Saturday Septmber 7, 2019, Banquet
tickets are NON-refundable
BANQUET COST – Adult – $22.50 / 12 and under – $15.00

Sunday Sept.8th

PRIZE SHOOT
9:00 a.m.- 9:30 a.m.. – Registration (concurrent)
10:00 a.m. – Noon . – Shooting
Cost $6.00 (must pay for all poles used)

MONEY BIRDS ON ALL FORKS***

*** $1 per fork for the Money Bird per half (voluntary).
If Money bird is not shot off, cash carries over to 2nd half

Spectators – please bring creature comforts – lawn chair, hat, sunscreen, bug spray. Food will be available for purchase on-site Saturday and Sunday but you could certainly bring your own. A port-a-potty is available for all to use. Please keep track of your children – while we don’t expect any issues, we do need to keep safety in mind.
